Do I have to be home when you deliver?


No, just make sure you leave your clean, dry, labelled bottles in a safe place for us to refill and put back.




I'm just outside the delivery area, can I still use the service?


If you email Holly@fillinghappy.co.uk we will see if we can accommodate your request.




What are your safety precautions with Covid-19?


We want to assure you that we take coronavirus very seriously. We wash our hands or hand sanitise before and after handling your delivery and inbetween stops. All of our deliveries are non-contact and we will wear a face mask. The shop will be closed immediately if we display any symptoms of Covid-19 or have a positive Covid-19 test result. If we can not fulfil your delivery because of this we will issue a full refund. We ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or have a positive test result that you do not order a refill service. Please contact us if you have already placed an order and then display symptoms of Covid-19 or have a positive Covid-19 test result, and we will arrange a refund.




Can I use a bottle I have at home?


Yes absolutely! The less plastic that goes in the landfill the better. However, please make sure the bottles are empty and you fully rinse out the contents of the bottles (so they are completely free of their previous contents) and let them dry before refilling. We ask that you do not refill food and drink bottles or those that previously contained harsh chemicals such as bleach. Preused bottles should be stripped of their original label and we will attach a new safety label to your bottle. We would advise that you use like for like bottles e.g, refill soap into an old soap bottle. We sell the refills in quantities of 100ml, (click on the glass version of the product for your refill as these are the ingredients match with the jerrycans we are working from), so simply add the number of 100ml units to your basket that make up the volume you require.




Will you be adding new products?


Yes, we are looking for new products all the time and reviewing what we sell. We welcome any feedback or ideas of things you would like to see added. Please email Holly@fillinghappy.co.uk




How do I take care of my bottles to make sure they last?


Wash out your bottle before refilling it and clean your trigger spray or lotion pump between refills.




What is a closed loop supply chain?


Once customers bottles are empty they can be refilled. Once FillingHappy's jerrycans are empty they go back to the supplier for refilling, meaning zero waste.




Do you deliver to my area?


At the moment we Deliver to Ashford (TN23/TN24) and South Ashford Villages, including Wye, Sellindge, Stanford, Brabourne, Mersham, Aldington, Woodchurch, Bethersden and Hamstreet. We may expand in the future so do keep checking back.




How do I get a refill?


We sell the refills in quantities of 100ml, (click on the glass version of the product for your refill as these are the ingredients match with the jerrycans we are working from), so simply add the number of 100ml units to your basket that make up the volume you require. We will be in touch with a delivery slot via email, text or telephone. Make sure the bottles are empty and you fully rinse out the contents of the bottles (so they are completely free of their previous contents) and let them dry before refilling. We ask that you do not refill food and drink bottles or those that previously contained harsh chemicals such as bleach or vinigar. Preused bottles should be stripped of their original label and we will attach a new safety label to your bottle. We would advise that you use like for like bottles e.g, refill soap into an old soap bottle. On your delivery day, if you aren't going to be home just leave you bottles (sealed) in a safe, dry place and let us know how to find them.
