DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

 

This a delivery service only and items can not be posted.

To minimise fuel consumption we offer local delivery only to TN23 and TN24 postcodes and South Ashford Villages  (Including Wye, Sellindge, Stanford, Aldington, Hamstreet, Mersham and Woodchurch). The following delivery charges apply;

 

Orders below £5 are charged at £2 per delivery

Orders of £5-15 are charged at £1 per delivery

Orders over £15 are free

 

Once we receive your order we will be in touch with a delivery slot, we aim for this to be within 3 working days.

If you have ordered refills, simply leave your clean, dry, empty bottles on your door step and remember that they must have contained an identical product to that being ordered. You should advise us on where we can safely leave your items.

Returns

If you would like to refund or exchange an item, please return within 30 days of delivery. You must email us within 14 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty, the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Discounted items

If the item was purchased whilst at a discounted price, the refund will be the amount of the discounted price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at Holly@fillinghappy.co.uk
